Bible in a year week 5

In this episode of audio Bible in a year week 5, we read through the book of Exodus and see the greatest event in the history of the Jewish people as God frees His people from slavery. This is reflected in the greatest event in the history of mankind as God frees His people from the slavery of sin. This book is pivotal in our own understanding of our story.

In this recap at the end of week 4 we look back over the book of Genesis, seeing what it tells us today, and then also look forward as we begin the book of Exodus. These books are the foundation of the Hebrew Bible called the Torah, and foundational to our own experience of God in the Christian faith.

The book of Job

For the first time we're adding in outlines of each book and we begin with the book of job. Don't have your expectations too high for a detailed explanation, but rather a general outline of the book with some thoughts to help you as you listen.
