We then continue into the book of Acts which is really the 'Acts of the Apostles' as they continue the message of how Jesus transformed their lives. In this episode of the audio Bible in a year, we continue through the latter stages of the Gospels, hearing about the final events in the life of Jesus. These include his final preparations for His Disciples and the events leading to the central event in the whole of the Bible - Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection. Again the four different Gospels will look at different aspects and central themes leading up to this, but all include this horrendous yet victorious event.

In this recap at the end of week 44, as we come to the end of the Gospels and the climatic point of their writings - the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we look at these 4 different Gospels and how they relate to the rest of the New Testament.
